| Notice is hereby given that the following
SEAFREIGHT ACCESSORIAL CHARGES are
to be
applied by members of HAFFA with effect
from
1st January 2005. 1. CTG (CARTAGE CHARGES) : a. LCL Cargo: HK$72.- per cbm (or 333 kg) Minimum Charge: HK$480.- b. FCL Cargo (NOT INCLUDING VALID BUNKER SURCHARGE) : A. BOX RATES :- Based on geographical zones as specified on http://hkctoa.uhome.net/english/tow/zone.html, centre point being Kwai Chung Container Terminals. Tariff zone applied will be the zone of pick-up, return and vanning/devanning locations of the highest value. (the following rates are based on using a 4-axle articulated vehicle)
(1) Dangerous Cargo, basic rate plus 50% surcharge. (2) Detention of tractor beyond the allowed free vanning/devanning period: General Cargo - At HK$160.00 per half-hour or part thereof. Dangerous Cargo - At HK$240.00 per half-hour or part thereof. (3) For the following requirement, a surcharge of HK$160.00 per container will be added:- i) Dutiable cargo, pounded cargo, and declaration cargo. ii) Whenever a 5-axles or 6-axles articulated vehicle is required. iii) Weighing of container (weighing charge excluded). (4) Bob-tail service (including 2 round trips to the appointed location within 24 hours), basic rate plus 50% surcharge. B. TIME RATES:- (1) HK$160.00 per half-hour or part thereof, minimum 4 hours per job. (2) Time rate commences when the tractor enters the Terminal of designated location to collect the container and ends when the tractor leaves the Terminal of designated location after returning the container. NOTE： (1) Gate charges, tunnel tolls, cargo handling basin/parking meter charges, parking fines, and any other fines due to the customer’s request etc. are for the account of the customer. (2) License for over height, over width, over length and Border Restricted Area is to be obtained by the customer. (All charges listed above are indicative and subject to change in accordance with the tariff of the Hong Kong Container Tractor Owner Association.) For both LCL and FCL Cargo; a surcharge will apply for Heavy Lift/Crane Usage for Packages Exceeding 150 kg, Tunnel Fees, Overtime, Dangerous and Dutiable Goods. 2. HC/DC (HANDLING AND DOCUMENTATION CHARGES) : a.) HK$245.- per inbound consignment b.) HK$245.- per outbound consignment (Including the Bill of Lading Fee). c.) No Show Fee* for FCL Cargo HK$400.-per container * In case a booking is neither utilized nor cancelled before C/Y closing. 3. THC (TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES) : a.) LCL Cargo: as per Carriers' Tariff b.) FCL Cargo: as per Carriers' Tariff In case of Overtime Storage, a.) In bound (after 3 days): HK$90.- per cbm and week (for 1st week) HK$180.- per cbm and week (for 2nd week and every week thereafter) b.) Outbound (after 7 days): HK$80.- per cbm and week 4. TC (TRANSFER CHARGE) : FCL Cargo: as per Carriers' Tariff 5. AF (ATTENDANCE FEE - CUSTOMS INSPECTION OR SURVEY) : HK$230.- per hour, or any part thereof if applicable (minimum one hour) 6. SDC (SPECIAL DOCUMENTATION CHARGE) : For Import/Export Declarations, Import/Export/Re-Export Licences, Consular Documents & Customs Permits. HK$200.- per document, plus Official Charges as per outlay 7. COMMUNICATION CHARGE (OVERSEAS FACSIMILE/OR SCANNING DOCUMENT): HK$30.- per page (A4 size) if applicable on Shippers' request. 8. INTEREST CHARGE ON OVERDUE ACCOUNTS: 1% per month Note: All Rates are Applicable on Chargeable Weight. |
